"I hired Moving APT early last year when I relocated for work. The move was approximately, an 8-hour drive away from my home. Customer service was very responsive and friendly. I would consider the cost of the move fair as it was booked a few weeks out. The only two issues I had were that the movers arrived a day later than I requested. "Upon scheduling, we had discussed that they would bring hand trucks since 90% of the things I needed to move were in boxes. They gave me a 1 hour window for their arrival time and ended up showing up 30 minutes outside due to Phoenix traffic. When they showed up, there were only 3 men and they only came with a truck and did not have the hand trucks we had talked about. The only thing they came with was a dolley and they had to hand carry all of my boxes from the house to the truck. I was very disappointed that they did not seem to come prepared. However, all of the workers were very pleasant and hard working. They did a great job and ended up working for just under 4 hours, so they finished in a timely manner. I even contacted them to hire them again for another move, but I wasn't able to reach them, so I ended up choosing another company. Overall, I would give them an A-."
