I have never before had such a good experience with a home renovation, and I wish all contractors were as good as them. My project was fairly involved, with a complete renovation of my kitchen, dining room, and laundry room, and yet the whole process took under a month to get done, and it was done right the first time. "We met with several companies to try to come up with a plan for our master suite and bathroom remodel. We were not able to find someone that could take our thoughts and create a plan we liked. After meeting with Andrew we were very impressed. He was patient, listened intently and was able to help create the floor plan and was able to bring our vision to life. They provided a virtual rendering so we could actually see what it would look like. Vered, the interior designer, made choosing cabinetry, tile, tub and all detailed finishes easy and seem less. The team at Lux Design Builds addressed all structural and detailed items before the work began. Adrian the onsite lead contractor is very detailed and does meticulous work. They started on time, they were there every day. They were professional, respectful, the budget was right on. Once the job was completed we were actually happy it was done, but sorry to see the people leave...we kind of missed them. "Jared and his team, Allen and Brandon, were stellar. We had them update our half bathroom and entry way tiles. They also updated our laundry room tiles and the hearth over our fireplace. They did a first rate job. We actually added on a couple of projects when they were here and they did them without question and were very fair with the add ons. Overall, they were very fair with pricing . One important note...Jared was excellent about responding to texts and emails regarding questions about the project. He is probably one of the best contractors we have worked with. If or more likely, when, I need a contractor, we will use North Star Remodel without question."

"I had Okay Construction renovate my entire house, including the kitchen. They also changed the electrical panel, all floors, windows, and doors; built new stairs; and installed several skylights. They can do pretty much anything you ask. Bo is very easy to communicate and work with. We needed to move in from another state, and he made sure my second floor was ready when we needed to move by having many staff members work long hours and on weekends. They turned my old house into a beautiful, bright home. Bo can recommend where to look for renovation materials and where to get contractor pricing. We applied for permits for all major projects, and Bo took care of them for us. They also have a warranty, so if anything goes wrong, he'd be happy to come back and fix it. Bo keeps his promises and is very patient. One of our ovens wasn't working right out of the box, and he took it out and re-installed it (and the replacement) many times. He also has many good ideas for small touch-up project"

"Rob and his team did a superb job! Highly skilled and knowledgeable, along with knowing how to manage a project with multiple trades in a prompt manner. We did a complete kitchen/dining room remodel, structural support repair outside and fireplace mantle redo. For kitchen/dining room alone: new cabinetry in a completely new layout, flooring, lighting, plumbing/fixtures, counters/backsplash, outlets, electrical system upgrade, sheetrock, paint. Continuous activity. Rob knows the best subs, and he gets them out to the job when they are needed, When issues arise, he solves them by flexibly managing/rearranging scheduling. His main worker Shawn is highly skilled in a lot of trades, and does an outstanding job of finishing loose ends in a variety of area. Rob and Shawn are master cabinet craftsmen. This was a big job and Rob and team did an outstanding job. I cannot praise him enough and am so thankful we chose him for the project."
