However, in this case I do think Maritime Roofing performed over and above what most companies would have done and definitely deserves a 5-star rating. I was naturally concerned about how to best select a roofing company since it isn't possible to observe the work or even evaluate how well it has been done. But I felt reassured by the thoroughness of the initial evaluation/estimate and seeing the drone footage of what needed to be done helped put my mind at ease. Although my initial inquiry was only for a new roof, having the same company paint as well proved to be a great decision. I'd also like to compliment both the roofing crew and the painters. They were all great to work with, neat, timely, kept me informed and went out of their way with extra touches that I wouldn't have even thought to ask about. All-in-all it was an especially good experience."
