Please be aware of Saela Pest Control. Manager - paula selev Sales Representative - Suhib Samarah-Hawx I was told that I can cancel the pest control service anytime by representative Suhib Samarah-Hawx who explicitly mentioned that this service is cancellable anytime for FREE if "I am not satisfied with the service" but they refused to cancel my service on phone for FREE saying that I have already signed the contract and would be liable to pay 50% of the pending service charges if I cancel the plan."

"Went great, on time both days and did clean efficient work as expected. Michael Coombes came for the installation of motion detectors and traps and was fantastic, explained the process and open to questions. Early in the process to say if the problem is solved but should be and they will continue to monitor. Would fully recommend."
