"There was a small leak several months after they installed the flat roofs, which apparently was a caulking issue. BRyan came out and fixed it and there was no leak thereafter into the room below. They gave a 20 year warranty so I wanted an inspection this year to keep the warranty valid. Bryan came out again and was very thorough in his inspection of the three flat roofs that they installed the previous year. Everything looked good. I am very happy with Tycos. Also the owner Christine whom Iâ ve exchanged emails with is very prompt in her responses and courteous.Itâ s nice to know that they will back up their work! PS. Christmas Day we had a leak I called and he answered and came out the next day to repair my roof.
