"The result was fantastic. Went extra steps to take care of things. Had the whole house and garage done. Very efficient, diligent and detail-oriented crew. Got 4 quotes and these guys were in the middle. Went with 50 yr GAF HDZ architectural. Clean-up after was great. Company communication was good. I'd recommend them. Had to have 5 sheets of plywood added or replaced. At $75/sheet (1/4 or 3/8") it seems a little excessive but I understand overhead costs. All good."

"We had Tim and his team work on a full re-model In Greenland, NH. This was a full gut job as the house needed major repairs and updates. What we got in return was a beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath condo on one side and a 1 bedroom and 1 bath on the other side! "The initial job was to install soffit under the large roof overhang. The roofing is angled. Where the angle edges met there was a 1" gap. The gap leads directly into the attic allowing cold air, insects and small animals in. That was insulated before the soffit installed and sealed over the gap. I had another contractor do my siding and their work was amateurish and poorly done in a number of places. TDL cleaned up the poor workmanship and replaced sections of the gutters damaged by the previous contractor. TDL's repairs were done well and improved the look of the siding errors. Very pleasant to work with. Explained all the changes they were going to make verifying we were completely on the same page. Suggested alterations which turned out great. Paid attention to the details which improved the look and functionality."
