The company representative came within a couple of days exactly at the time he quoted, and spent as much time as we wanted examining the roof, explaining the details and products available. We accepted the bid with a few adjustments, the shingles and roofing materials were delivered within a week, and the job was finished in less than 2 weeks from the bid. The roofing crew was prompt, careful of our property, efficient, and wasted no time. The entire job was completed in 1 1/2 days. The property was cleaned up well, all trash picked up and removed, and my flower beds were not harmed at all which were close to the house. ISP quickly diagnosed the problem and knew that the ice dam on the roof had forced water from the melting snow to damage the shingles and leak into the house. They came out right away on an emergency basis before the next approaching storm and removed the ice dam and tarped the roof to prevent further water damage, until it was warm enough to repair the shingles.
