"Brian, Pablo and Antonio did an amazing job getting my front yard weeded, shrubs and large hedge trimmed, spruce needles picked up and a new water line dug for my fruit trees! They did everything we agreed on and at the price he quoted. They were polite professional and were Very hard workers!"

"<br />   One of the best contractor experiences I've ever had.  He was very prompt with his time estimates, the only glitch was a supplier didn't have the color roofing I wanted so he immediately contacted me with alternatives and samples.  Within a couple of days, he had the materials and started on the roof.   The roof removal only took a couple of hours and the crew was extrememly neat and tidy.  They protected my plants and there were almost no roof fragments to pickup after them.  I think I picked up two pieces.   His estimate was detailed and reasonable.  He got it to me within a couple of days. <br /> The whole roofing job was completed within the week.  He has my highest recommendation."

"The crew including the estimator, carpenters and tear off men arrived on time on a Tuesday, August 14, 2012. When all was said and done the last fellows left around noon on Friday. This was a big job, over 36 squares, and there was quite a bit of remedial work including correcting the three drooping overhangs, replacing rotted decking and fixing a leak around the attic-end chimney. These items increased the end cost but the increase was reasonable and I felt the head carpenter was really looking out for us. Naturally, rain was forecast for Wednesday evening (in the driest month of the year) and the guys really hustled to "dry in" the roof with tar paper underlayment plus visqueen just in case. The carpenter and estimator checked the weather forecast to avoid an unpleasant surprise. The company listened to all my suggestions and accommodated my changes and additions without a fuss. Every man seemed efficient. Everybody cleaned up as worked progressed and at the end of each day. This was hot tiring work, yet I didn't hear any complainin' or cussin', and I didn't see any shovel leanin'. As I write today, November 19, 2012, we have had several substantial storms since re-roofing and our house and garage are as dry as a bone inside. Our 50-year roof is on and our hats are off to the wonderful guys (and nice office lady) at A & I Roofing. <br />"

"On Monday morning we called Mr. Rooter to come diagnose what we thought was an air vent problem. They were able to come out that morning and deduced that the problem was with the main sewer line and proceeded to attempt to clean out the main line. The technician ran into a few problems and called his boss, who is also the owner. The owner was out within an hour and was able to inform us very quickly that our sewer line was actually connected to the neighbor's line and that the problem area was between our house and their house. He spent a few hours snaking the line and was unable to resolve the problem through snaking. By this time it was early evening and we decided to have him come back in the morning to attempt cleaning the line through hydro scrubbing. He showed up promptly the next morning along with his technician and they set to work. Pretty quickly we figured out that the line was cracked and/or crumbling in several places between our house and the neighbors and probably into the neighbor's yard and house as well. <br /> We were left with a decision to either continue to try and clean the line, repairing as we went, or separate ourselves from the neighbor's line and have our own sewer line and lateral installed. We quickly decided that the cost of repairs, to both ourselves and our neighbors, could easily add up to the cost of having our own line installed and may solve the immediate problem but could still pose a problem in the future. <br /> Wednesday morning the city came out and installed the lateral line and Thursday afternoon Mr. Rooter came and began digging a new line from our house to the street. By Friday afternoon the work was completed and our house was completely functional. They plugged the old line at our property line and filled in all the holes from the work that day. Besides the inevitable dirt patches, there was no evidence that they had been there. <br /> They were prompt and professional throughout the entire stressful ordeal. It was great that the owner was so involved and able to answer any questions we had and to address our concerns. Although the work was costly, it was well worth the final product and the peace of mind we now have knowing that our sewer line is secure. They also signed us up for their preferred customer program which allowed us to save a big chunk on the final price and includes maintenance check ups on our entire plumbing system twice a year for three years. <br /> We would definitely recommend them to anyone and will hire them again in the future if needed. <br />"

FAQs for gutters & downspouts cleaning service projects in Klamath, CA

You’ll want to clean gutters once or twice a year—in early spring and again in fall—to keep water flowing and avoid pricey leaks. Homes tucked beneath tall trees or hit with heavy debris may need two to four visits instead. Staying on schedule protects your roof, siding, and foundation from costly water damage.

Even with gutter guards, plan on an occasional cleaning—just not as often as homes without guards. Installing gutter guards blocks leaves, but grit and shingle granules still slip through and pile up over time. A quick sweep keeps water moving and stops overflow that can damage your roof or foundation.

Watch for overflowing water, slow or silent downspouts, sagging sections, or debris peeking over the gutter edge. You might also spot water stains, weeds, or an increasing number of ants in certain areas. Any of these red flags means it’s time to call a gutter cleaning pro for service before minor clogs turn into major leaks.

Skip cleanings for too long and gutters overflow, sending water under shingles, down siding, and toward the foundation. The result can be mold, rotted fascia, basement leaks, and repair bills that dwarf the price of a quick cleaning. It can also mean that future cleanings will be more expensive as it will take pros longer to deep clean gutters that are full of heavy debris. Staying on schedule saves money and headaches.

Plan on gutter cleaning service to take an average of one hour for an average single-story home and two to three hours for taller houses. Add extra time if gutter guards need to come off or clogs are packed in. Pros work methodically, clearing every linear foot so water can flow freely again.
