I run between 3 and 10 employees depending on work demand. I carry the maximum Bond and insurance. I sub-contract with general contractors and work directly with home owners and other contractors. Billing procedures are ususlly 20% of the total job as down payment and the remainder at completion of the job. Referances are available.
