Based on our immediate needs, we decided to take a phased approach by adding a timber retention wall, a stone wall with lighting, and privacy trees. They also tapped into our existing drainage solution and made it more efficient. I view this as providing us with a canvas for future projects. However, the crews who came to do the work seemed to have been given very little instruction leaving it on us to manage the project which was difficult to do while working and taking care of our children. We had to have them come back multiple times in order to ensure that the project was done correctly. We went months without hearing anything from them leading us to assume that they were not going to come back at all. Finally, after almost a year, the project is complete. I would not recommend working with this company. "
