He was polite and pleasant to work with, and although I wish we didn't have extra issues that he found for us, I'm so glad that he did. Not only did he diagnose the problem that we called him out for, but he found something else that explained what had been happening for quite some time with our AC as well. Overall, there were multiple things that needed regular maintenance or repair and he talked us through the details of those things, pricing options depending on what we wanted to handle immediately and offered great advice on some improvements that we'll be implementing. Even though I was upset with the service that I got from one of the text who I would call vindictive I wanted to the office that next morning, and I asked for a manager, and I got Mr. Curtis, and Mr. Curtis told me that he would come out to the house and he would bring a check with him and his name was Travis. And when I tell you that Mr. Curtis made me feel like he was a superman like he could just change everything and he , as a manager went up underneath my house to check and see if there was anything wrong the unit to see if there was anything wrong in it Iâ ll say Travis and also the inside of the house. And again I say, Mr. Curtis, Iâ ll give you a 10 for everything that you did , you change my mind about the way I felt about the service tech at Blantons and sometimes it takes just one to renew your faith and a thing even though my faith is in God but faith and people and I thank you for everything that you did Blantons truly has a jewel and Mr. Curtis and Travis too because heâ s good in his right But I think you not to say that I donâ t have a problem with the unit, but Iâ m satisfied.
