Get matched with top vinyl siding install or completely replacers in Knightdale, NC

"Beth Lindsey and Brandon Freeman were both very professional and very easy to work with. This was partial replacement of the exterior siding on our home, and it was amazing how well the James Hardie pre-finished siding matched up with the existing siding. The job was started on time, completed on schedule, and everything was cleaned up afterward. We’re very pleased with their work and will be using these folks for future projects."

"They are honest, professional, and responsive. Did a complete roof replacement in one day. Showed up on time, cleaned up after, stuck to the originally quoted price."

"I am thrilled with the entire process of getting new windows. The Salesperson was prompt, respectful, accurate and professional. It took a while for our windows to come in, but it was well worth the wait. Ashley, the Admin Asst, kept in touch with me, was very professional, friendly and kind. The installers arrived on time, did a beautiful job, completely cleaned up after themselves and we cannot be more satisfied. My only regret is not having ALL our windows replaced at the same time. Hopefully, next spring we'll arrange for the remaining windows done."

"only company who was willing to work with size/style/material of windows I wanted...didn't try to sell me on plastic/vinyl."

"Eric is very reliable, professional, and dependable. He maintains his schedule and is punctual in completing the work. This is the first time we have contracted with Eric. We were very pleased with the outcome. We will definitely hire him again for home repairs."

"Ricky and his team were very helpful in replacing my siding. They were timely and responsive. Ricky answered all questions and concerns I had. I?m very happy with my final product and will be calling Lanes Contracting again when I need a contractor."

"From the initial visit with the salesman to the production coordinators to the project managers to the boots on the ground (or roof) my experience with Home Genius Exteriors has been amazing! Tony, the Project Manager, is incredibly knowledgeable and personable. He took the time to walk me through every phase of my roof and siding replacement. He was very responsive, even during off-work hours. He addressed every concern I had and was thoughtful in his responses. He was very thorough when conducting inspections, identifying action items I didnâ t see, even if it meant additional work for his field crew at no extra cost. I canâ t say enough about the field crews for both my roof and siding replacements. They were incredible and they didnâ t treat my house as â just the next jobâ . They catered to my houseâ s needs, worked extremely efficiently, and did everything I asked of them. I would highly recommend Home Genius Exteriors for roof, siding, and gutter needs!"

"We had the roof on our 2640 square-foot house replaced with an architectural-style one in Williamsburg Slate, grey tones with subtle red tones. We are very satisfied with the roof. The guttering and fascia repair will be done soon. Emily Rinaldo, the HCR marketing rep. gave a thorough and lengthy (3 hours) presentation on every aspect of the roof. She is personable, professional, and knowledgeable. The well-manned roofing team arrived on the day stated and completed most of the roofing in one day. The roofers had been trained by HCR and were not day-laborers or sub-contractors. They returned early the next morning and completed their work in a couple hours. No unpleasant surprises here! The price below includes guttering and fascia. Financing is available."
