"He was the only person who proposed fixing the fence instead of replacing the whole sections. They were able to rebuild it almost entirely with the existing redwood and adding a few boards. Blends in nicely with the rest of the fence. Way cheaper than replacing the whole sections."

This is the third time Jerry has done repairs for my house.  He is always professional, prepared, and personable. When I called, since it wasn't a crisis, he came as soon as he had an opening.   He came and assessed my old hot water heater, determined it needed to be replaced (it was 15 years old).He explained the problems and options to me. He installed a new one, changing some of the old plumbing to meet current requirements, and as always, cleaned up.

However, he came out the next day, even though he was not 100%. I had no vehicle trapped in the garage, so it was not an emergency for us. He was careful not to come close in case he was still contagious, and he was very careful himself in doing the repair work. He was quite efficient, had all the needed parts, and completed the work in less than an hour.

He was referred to me by another contractor and we were happy with the results. He always came out when he said he would and he finished the job on time so i could get my next tenant in the home.
