"I couldn't have asked for a better contractor. He is extremely meticulous and his work is always high quality. When he comes to work, he works. He doesn't waste time or take excessive breaks. Joe is super friendly, courteous, professional was extremely easy to work with. He's pretty much a one-man shop. His drywall and tile skills are fantastic and he knows his framing, electrical and plumbing. If there is a job outside of his skill set, he gets equally qualified subcontractors (e.g. for our stucco repairs when we had the sliding glass door moved to a different wall)."

They worked so hard, were so polite and friendly, and did such an amazing job, including additional things they found along the way that went above and beyond the call of duty, that I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again! They removed all the dead trees, leaves, pine needles, and debris, hauling everything away and leaving the back yard ready to landscape or leave, whichever my daughter prefers to do. To our amazement, there were even sidewalks and a retaining wall under a lot of that junk! Rich, you and your crew are the best! "Had extensive dry rot on exterior of my home. Once dry rot trim was removed, additional damaged areas were discovered. They explained the process and the additional areas that need replacement. Each day, I would receive a written update and discussion so that I would be aware of everything ahead of time. They had to create some custom trim to match existing style. Once all rotted trim and boards were replaced, they painted all exterior trim and replaced boards. Everything blended perfectly. Workers kept everything cleaned up before leaving each day. After pressure washing and painting, everything looks great. Job took 4 days. Very happy with the results."
