"Facing urgent roof replacement due to my insurance non-renewal and a wildfire zone deadline, I turned to Lifetime Roofing & Renovations. Project Manager Marcelo M. was instrumental, guiding me through every step and assuring timely completion despite the rainy season and busy roofers. He communicated effectively with my tenant, earning high marks for clarity, courtesy, and follow-through, including cleanup. Marcelo oversaw the installation of a composition shingle roof and TPO fire-retardant material, meeting my insurance fire safety requirements. He provided photos that expedited my insurance renewal. I am very grateful for the efficient, high-quality work, praising Marcelo M.’s knowledge, kindness, and clear communication as invaluable to the company. A retired engineer friend approved the contract. Minor document errors from Sales Manager Brad Kenny were quickly corrected, prompting my suggestion for administrative support to improve efficiency."

"Estimate for asphalt shingle roof and gutters roof was very detailed and easy to understand. Shawn's crew showed up on time and were very professional. Quality of work was exceptional. Had a few minor issues that were handled and resolved quickly to my satisfaction. Overall great job. Would highly recommend this company to others requiring roofing and/or rain gutter services."

"We had a partially flat roof that had a known issue with a leak where it met a vertical wall. On inspection we learned the old tar and gravel surface as a whole generally had issues requiring attention, as did the nonexistent or inadequate flashings. Looking for a roofer, we found Lifetime had the best price and high reviews. When Tony and Dylan came out to look at the situation and discuss fixes, we found that they listened well and came up with great solutions to the parts of our roof that needed repair and did not try to oversell us to fix the parts of our roof that were in good repair. Lifetime pulled the permit and got the team to work right away under the supervision of project manager Tony. He ably supervised the team and communicated progress daily in person or by email/text or both. He answered our questions and made sure the crew cleaned up, including ensuring they honored the city’s restriction on gas-powered blowers. All in all a job well done for a reasonable price. Thank you, Tony and team!"

"Exceptional experience! Platinum Roofing & Retro-Fit exceeded our expectations with their prompt response and efficient repair work. The project manager was proactive in addressing all our concerns and kept us informed throughout the process. Our roof is now sturdy and secure, thanks to their expertise. 5 STARS!!"

"The first time the leak was worked on, there was never a good test of the repair because the rain stopped. When it resumed raining hard, in December 2016 and January 2017, the roof started to leak again in the same location. I called the same person I had dealt with for the prior work, and received promises but no action. Everyone who looked at the roof said they saw no problem, but it continued to leak. After 6-8 weeks of inspections, delays, changed appointments, and ongoing leaking, I contacted the office manager and got fast response and good service. Ramon spent time in the attic even though the leaky area was a long way from the attic access entry point, and difficult to get to. He followed the stains from the water from its outside entry point to where it was entering our living space, and determined what needed to be done to really fix the leak. Once he did that (which they had not done during the prior work), the repair itself was quick and easy, and it has rained hard since the repair with no ongoing leakage into our living space. I don't know if we paid for work that wasn't really needed in the first attempt to fix this leak, but I was happy that the warranty on the original work covered this work, and satisfied overall. Lesson to self: call the office first!"

From start to finish, the entire team was professional, efficient, and courteous. They communicated clearly throughout the entire process and always kept me informed of their progress. "We hired Frontline Roofing to repair and install a new roof. We were extremely happy with their work and with how they showed up on time early and kept everything neat and clean. We had some if our eaves and Korbels repaired and They did an excellent job. We have a 10 year warranty but I'm sure we won't need to call them as they were very thorough and take pride in their work. We highly recommend them if you need any work done on your roof."

"Chris and his team were very professional and very good in replacing our entire roof. The roof was repaired in a good period of time with no delays. We could have found a cheaper program but their quality of work was excellent . They were available anytime to answer our questions."
