He did agree to the original estimated price of $530. I did express my feeling that I felt his high price was based on the and quot;crisisand quot; the customer was in and not based on true operating expenses and normal repair prices. Neither Mr. Johnson nor his employee denied this. I will not use Johnson Plumbing again. <br />"
