"LG frig ice maker not working. Excellent customer service experience from start to finish so far. Was able to get a service appt pretty quickly considering holiday time frame. Got a confirmation call night before appt. Richard was on time, very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Turns out I need a new fan which has to be ordered but Richard found a local supplier with one in stock. Have followup call scheduled to install to get us back up and running. Great service run by good people. I will definitely refer them to anyone with a service need. Wish more service companies were like this one (;"

"Great experience. Harmond W diagnosed the issue within the first 10 minutes of our interactive video session. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

He gave me four other possible reasons to correct my issue and felt a service call to re-diagnose was what really was needed. The technician that was sent out gave a correct diagnosis, and shortly thereafter when the part was received another appointment was made to install the correct part. The $$ they saved me and a quick turn-around due to one of the much lessor costly parts/labor was much appreciated! I'll be quick to call them again in the future for any kind of appliance repair that might be needed,"

He fixed my TV after another repair service told me the situation was hopeless if I didn't spend an unreasonable amount of money with them (after, of course, they'd missed their first appointment with me).
