From estimating to the actual cleaning they were courteous, careful and friendly. They carefully considered each carpet area differently depending on the age and material. (polyester, wool, etc) And they were very careful with our house—corner protectors for their hoses, and watchful of painted walls. They really know what they're doing and the price was so reasonable! I've had this rug cleaned numerous times and this was the best, hands down.
