"A water leak from the upstairs bathroom created a mess in the drywall ceiling of my garage. Jesse gave me a very reasonable estimate to repair the damaged areas. He opened up access to the leak and gave me a chance to have a plumber come in and repair that part of the project. By that time, the water damage had spread to a couple more areas, and I notified Jesse of the increase in the scope of the project. He promptly returned, reassessed the damage, and provided me with another reasonable estimate. We gave the area about a week to dry out, and then Jesse (and Juan) returned to do the work. And what work they did--my ceiling looks perfect and matches the rest of the textured ceiling flawlessly. They worked at a steady pace, they worked cleanly and professionally, no loud music to fill the rest of the house while they were working, and when he notified me that they were done, I went out and was extremely well-pleased with the result. I hired LM Coatings to paint the doors and trim in my house and to build walls/ceiling and hang drywall in my basement (along with lighting and electrical work). The paint looks beautiful, no drips or runs, and they even tackled difficult areas like around the stairs.
