"Communication, or lack thereof, was our biggest issue. Their reason for not coming on the day that they had said they would be here was a shortage of workers due to COVID 19. I can fully appreciate that, I do not understand why they could not call and say that they would not be coming or call to reschedule. They were very friendly and the work in my main bathroom seems to have been done well. I do wish that I had not have asked them to come back to do the second bathroom floor. Word of advice...they seem to do great with plumbing their communication skills could use some work."
