"They quoted this as a 2-week job. It took over 100 days. They ghosted us for weeks. They were messy, leaving trash and nails in the yard. They ordered the wrong door, and they painted it the wrong color and got paint all over the hardware. They installed a window incorrectly and tried to hide it with spray foam. They didn't overlap or tape the house wrapping. They did not remove the soffit before installing the vented panels. We asked them to fix this, and the owner said no. They damaged the porch. They ordered the wrong size light box and insisted that they were right. The owner called me "nitpicky" for asking them to remove a glob of caulk from the window and mocked me for asking questions. When he left, he said, "I'm glad I recorded that" (he had recorded our conversation). They scratched the glass on the back doors and offered an amount that was less than the replacement estimate, so now we have to file insurance."

"Pinnacle was very great. They did an excellent job and cleaned up very well when the job was completed. As far as, financing through them, not so great. Do not finance through Aqua Finance, go else where. Aqua Finance will not put any extra payments on your principle. I, myself, am getting away from Aqua Financing. Seach them and check out what is going on before you finance through them. "
