"I would like to update my review, after the experience I had with Trim a Seal I received a call from Zac. he was very helpful when I explained the situation and worked with me for the next couple of weeks to come into a conclusion that was satisfactory for both of us. Now I declined the service but they made sure I was fully refunded and he gave me his guarantee that when I choose to have the work done(I will call three people for a quote and told him after my experience with him I will choose Trim a Seal for a quote in the future) He assured me that he will work personally with me to make sure I am fully satisfied and I appreciate all that he did to assist me with this situation so I will be calling them again when I want another quote."

"The crew had 3 men working for me the day they came. The men worked steadily and did all the items that I asked them to do. There was a lot of weeding and trimming back of bushes that needed doing. They accomplished a lot in 3 hours."

"Excellent Customer Service and attention to detail. They made time to meet with my insurance adjuster on a Sunday and got hail damage approved seamlessly. Gave me several options for colors, and options for warranties as well as made good recommendations for ventilation. During the replacement, they kept me updated frequently with a text stream showing pictures and seeking approvals for any additional issues found. They made sure to do it right, not just cover any other damage up for me to find later on. My only complaint is that I referred my neighbor and they said they would give me a referral check for $250, but I haven't received anything. But overall I am very happy with the job they did and would use them again."

"After a recent storm damaged the roof of our home we asked one of our neighbors, who did the repair on your roof.? They gave us the contact information for Brian and said they were very satisfied with his work. We gave Brian Gains of BMG Restorations a call. Brian came to our home and we discussed what would be done and what it would cost. The work included stripping 2 layers of old shingles off down to the sheeting and cleaning up as well as hauling it away. Brian said they would install all new underlayment,with ice and water in the valleys, as well as new ridge vents,flashing and metal trim. He gave us, what i considered a very fair price. He said it would take from 2 to 4 weeks to get to us. Brian's crew came and did an excellent job and all in one day! They got here about 8:30 am & were cleaned up and gone by 7:30 pm. The work was exactly what we agreed upon including the fair price. They did excellent work and it was a very hot day The roofing materials by Owens Corning called Duration came with a limited lifetime warrenty and we also recieved a 5 yr. transferable warranty on labor and workmanship from Brian. BMG Restorations did an excellent job even including painting those ugley white vent pipes to match the roof, and our home looks great! This has been an excellent, even enjoyable experience. "The initial sales visit to my home to discuss the project was not pushy and was informative with a lot of focus on how they ensure a positive customer experience including a good service and materials warranty. The quality assurance is what won me over. Bottom line : They delivered on their promise. From outside the doorway gives the house great curb appeal. From inside one can see the attention to detail...they even got the steel door to have a nice wood color and finish that matches the wood trim already in the house! The job was fully done over a non-consecutive 3 day period but it was worth it."

"I'm very happy with it. When I had my windows done throughout the house, I had one that cracked and they told me they would repair that when they put the garden window in and they did not do that. Some of the insulation that they put around the window is coming out and they were suppose to replace that, or at least bring it to me so that I could replace it and they did not do that. When I first decided on the garden window I thought I would pay it off monthly and they ran it through some company called GreenSky and meanwhile I changed my mind and decided to pay it off and get it over with and I still to this day get statements from GreenSky. I have called Bee window and the person has not called me back to call them and cancel that. I realize it might be already in the system and that may be why I may be getting a bill. I don't like it that I keep getting late charges. I don't own GreenSky a penny and I called and cancelled with them, but they want to hear from Bee window that the contract was cancelled and paid in full.  <br /> Some people might think it's nit picking about the cracked window and the insulation coming out from the windows. But when you pay a decent price for something, you expect it to do it's job.  <br />"
