"I had a project done by re-floor, kitchen, laundry room, living room, dining room, master bedroom, walk-in closet with the luxury vinyl planks, and it looks absolutely wonderful. The entire process was very professional and easy. They moved my heavy furniture, washer and dryer. Put everything right back in place cleaned up behind themselves. No mess was left whatsoever. They worked with my schedule many different options to pick from. The sales representative that came to my home was very knowledgeable. Matt Denison answered all my questions walk me through the process of the contact leading up to the day of the installation is very professional, so I had no surprises, and the installers were top rate, Matthew and his helper Alan I would highly recommend requesting them if you’re in the Indianapolis area, their attention to detail and explaining to me, and showing me what they were doing through the process was more than I expected and they were very respectful to me and my home."

"Had a bathtub taken out and converted to walk in shower unit. The quality seems top notch and installer was great. Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."

"Setting up the quote and getting the work completed was quick and efficient. The installers did ok work and came after completion to make some adjustments and correct some issues. The biggest problem is the quality of the materials used. We purchased black vinyl coated chain link fence with three gates. After the first day of installation, we noticed that a few of the posts and some of the hardware were silver instead of black. When asked, they indicated that they were short of a couple of posts and, rather than delay the project, they opted to use what they had and then spray paint the silver items. Fast forward to 6 weeks after install, we have paint chipping or rubbing off where the latches rub. They offer a 5 year warranty, but it is not practical for a paint issue. They should have used all black materials and delayed the project. Or, go to Menards or somewhere else to get the correct items. We could not pass up the price of the project. You get what you pay for."

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."
