"I spoke with several different roofers- they either wanted to charge for an estimate, they replied that they were too busy, or they just didn't show up! But Bella Dreams Home Services did a great job! They showed before and after pictures of the repairs. They was on time and did a great job. "It was so easy. The workers took out the old insulation on Saturday, and clean up/haul away of old insulation was excellent. Sunday morning the foam insulation was installed. It took about five hours. Again, everything was cleaned up. Very pleased with the quality of the work, character of the workers, as well as the owner. Would highly recommend."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."

"He was awesome. He called back, but he was working in Reed field, North Carolina and he could not get to us for a couple of days. By the time, he got to us we had already gotten the other estimates, and we were pleased with him. Hampton guy was great. He was really quick to get back to us, but he had other projects that he had already lined up. The experience was very satisfactory. He was very courteous, and prompt. He was very honest in saying that he cannot get to us, and if we needed to have this work done now, then we need to have to get somebody else. I appreciated that."
