"I hired NRAMS for several projects. They include removing a chimney and repairing rotted wood; redoing the apex on one side of the house; replacing the soffit and facia and replacing rotted wood which was extensive. NRAMS also did a similar job on another property which also included painting . In addition they replaced the roof to include decking as needed. They also cleaned and sealed several roofs. Obviously they did a lot of work. There are not enough superlatives to describe John and his team (Adam and Orlando). They are very knowledgeable and have a great work ethic. The team shows up on time and works hard each and every day. If you want quality, the quality of their work is outstanding. I would not hesitate to hire John and his team for other projects. I had previously put in a call to my long time roof repair company but they never called back, so I reached out hoping to get someone to return my inquiry. He had no problem scheduling our first assessment meeting during the weekend. I had one big issue after the job was completed which Lucio fixed as quickly as he could. He was always on time for our appointments and his team showed up an hour earlier than expected to get started on the job which was on a Saturday due to previous rainy weather. He did not hesitate to return my very upset call for the problem and came back that Sunday to correct. "The provider requested OK from Choice Warranty and he was denied. It rained last night and rain came into my home. It could have been avoided if Choice had just approved what I requested. Now, the damage will be greater than necessary. I blame Choice home warranty for my home damage. Now it will cost mote than a simple tarp could have prevented until I could get money to repair roof. The provider was great and tried his best to get something done to my roof but Choice Warranty was horrible and no help. They get a "zero" from me"
