His bid was very reasonable. He showed up exactly when he said he was going to and finished the job when he said he was going to. He also showed me the problem that he suspected once the tiles were removed. He also inspected the rest of our roof and our gutters and made some minor repairs essentially without charging me. There were bigger companies companies with fancier warranties. For my repair which involved redoing a 20 x 40 section of our tile roof he was the right person."
