"George was great. He responded to my Angie request the same day. He came by my house to look at the yard the next day to talk to me about what I wanted and made suggestions. He was prompt with the estimate and we thought it was resonable. We had a delay due to the weather, it rained. But he rescheduled for the next week . The crew showed up on time and finished the job in one day. At the end of the job we asked George if they could move one sprinkler head and they did it super fast. Then George went over the whole system with us and said to call if we have questions. We are very happy with the job and would definitely recommend George and Diamond Irrigation."

"We used AustexSprinklers in 2016 and was satisfied every time they came to our home. Today we requested service for our irrigation sprinkler system which one of the sprinkler head had busted off. I must say that the response from the time that I requested service to the time of the service tech arrival was excellent. Anna the administrator/ scheduler was professional and courteous s she tried to accommodate our request. The service tech (Gilbert) arrived earlier than the schedule appointment, but he called in advance to let us know that he could come approximately 45 minutes early. Gilbert was very knowledgeable and professional. He answered any questions or concerns that we had. Gilbert also gave some great tips for watering and recommendation for how to best service our sprinklers in the future. I trust and believe in AustexSprinklers and will not use any other company as long as they are in business. We are 100% satisfied with the quality of work we received and will continue to use AustexSprinklers. I strongly recommend to other homeowners in the servicing area of this company to contact them if your sprinkler system needs service. They have a website that includes other services as well....lots of great info."

"Happy to be the first to leave a review. I'd give 10 stars if I could! Todd and his team were OUTSTANDING from start to finish. Not only does he have an amazing eye but he's a great human being!! Fair price and no-nonsense. I told Todd from the beginning he could have full creative control. We had some ideas that he turned into something we never could have imagined. INCREDIBLE!!! I added a "Before" photo of what the backyard had become after the weather and our dogs ruined a lush St. Augustine yard over the last couple of years. I would recommend Todd and the Heroes team to anyone looking for quality work from a respectful crew."
