He also built a small wooden wall for my recycle bin. He also laid down my existing stones to create a standing place for the bin on collection days. He created a perfect pattern. "Mike is a one-man crew. He is very thorough and uses only quality paint which is included in his quoted price. The job required some small repair and some sanding and leveling of earlier unpainted stucco or plaster. He was worried about shadowing and so applied 2 finish coats over a base coat. Because he was concerned about matching the whites in the bathroom he repainted the entire bathroom at no additional cost. It was not a huge job but the areas were highly visible. He fussed for 2 days before he was satisfied with his work. Best paint job I have ever had."
