It brings me immense pleasure to be welcomed on an idea based visual journey in creating a customized dwelling in order to improve the quality of function in somebody's daily home life. Bringing ideas to fruition is my specialty. With equal enjoyment in making those popcorn ceilings that you've adored for so long disappear in an array of smoothness, gutting the kitchen where nothing seems to fit anywhere, including the cook, and installing cabinets and lights that transform the "heart of the home" into a space you don't want to step out of, or erecting that garage and mudroom to get your cars out of the weather and the clutter out of your foyer. "Minuteman floors came to my house in 5/30/25. I was requesting a quote to have my kitchen hallway and laundry room to have the linoleum removed and new flooring put down. He quoted me 2,510.00. He told me I would have to pay 50% so he could order supplies. I received an invoice via email for 1,255.00 which I paid via credit card on May 31. On the contract the estimated install date was 6/20-6/22. On 6/11 I received a call stating he was running behind due to the rain and he d called me in the beginning of the following week. I heard nothing from him so I called 6/23, 7/1, 7/2,7/10 and 7/14. Either his voicemail was full or I could leave a message which I did when I could get through. I never received a call back. On 7/3 I received an invoice for the remaining balance. On 7/1 I emailed the email where the invoice came from stating I have been unable to get any updates in my order and I wanted to cancel it. She assured me Stephen would call me back which to date he never has. I would like my 1,255.00 back and my order cancelled."
