"Pristine Construction handled everything from design, city permits, construction and any extras we needed.  Pristine has a crew of employees and they only take a limited number of jobs so they can provide quality service to their customers.   They usually deal with referrals by former clients and are constantly busy.  Once we met Nathan and saw his level of commitment, Pristine is well worth waiting for!!
Nathan Moses provided the design.  He spent 3 hours with us at the appliance store to select the bathroom hardware, he spent an hour with me at the window store selecting windows and doors and he spent about 2 hours with us at the tile store selecting tile for the bathrooms............all about 1 1/2 months before we even began the project.  They only had a $1000 retainer and he spent all of this time with us!  This is the level of commitment you get with Pristine!
As with any older house you can expect the unplanned or unexpected.  We had to replace the sewer system because it was leaking,  fix broken drainage pipes and add french drains but at each step, Pristine said, "No problem" and had a worker on site the next day.  We didn't think the AC was strong enough to cool our western exposure bedroom, Nathan had the AC guy out the next day talking about solutions or removing our reservations.  We thought the room needed a third coat of paint in one room, no problem.  Everything was perfect.
As I mentioned above, Nathan Moses and Mike Malka are fantastic.  Mike will be onsite every day once the construction moves 'inside'.  We were fortunate to have both Nathan and Mike come to the site every single day that workers were here.
Pristine took care of the architect plans, city permits, inspections and coordinating everything.   Sharona would call every day to tell us what was going to happen the following day so we always knew what to expect.
We decided to add a spiral staircase and deck on top of the bathroom, Nathan researched and found comparative prices for the staircase.  We ended up going with a company because we just connected with the owner from the start!  It turned out to be a friend of Nathan....should've known!!  Another advantage with Pristine is you pay direct for the tile and appliances using their contractor's discount and don't get charged an additional 20% as some contractor have done in the past.  Why should I pay 20% more to the contractor depending on the cost of a bath tub?  Pristine doesn't do that!
Their work is outstanding! and they stand behind the work  For example, I selected the tile for the shower nook and Faustino spent hours putting it together but once done, I didn't like it at all.  The Pristine team says, "We want you happy."  He came back on Sunday, took out all the tile and manually cut small pieces based on a custom design I drew and didn't think twice about making it absolutely perfect!!  Amazing teamwork and wonderful group to work with!  (And we weren't charged extra!!!!)
You will love their work, their staff and entire team of professionals.  There was never a disagreement or negative response.  The team has a positive attitude, great work ethic and outstanding results.  We hesitated for 15 years about doing this room addition because we heard terrible remodel stories!!   If only we knew about Pristine Construction but sure glad we were referred.  They are the best!
The cost that I listed above is for room addition, additional closet built in master bedroom and guest room, new addition walk-in, complete remodel guest bath, new AC in 4 rooms, new sewer line, city permits.

"We just finished a four bedroom/ three bathroom full remodel in Santa Monica. We are very happy with the end result. Nathan, who is the owner, was very involved in all phases of the job. Nathan got the job done on time. The workmanship and attention to detail was great. He had good communication and relationship with his team. Whenever we had a concern or question, Nathan was easy to get a hold of and handled it quickly. We were worried about the process of a remodel with all the stories you hear about bad experiences. But Nathan made this so easy on us and we would definitely use him for any future projects."

"Their skilled craftsmen transformed our dated living room into a beautiful open-concept space. They removed the load-bearing wall safely, installing a massive support beam flawlessly."

"After receiving several quotes for our bathroom renovations project my husband and I decided to go with Creative Home Remodeling. Their quote was competitive and the project manager Ben Sviri made us feel comfortable that he really understood our vision and was capable of executing it for us. Upon starting with demolition all the way through the finished project it was smooth and done in a timely manner. There was some additional water damage that was found after demo which included extra work which was understandable. Ben worked with us on price and we were grateful that the work was being done correctly and professionally. Unfortunately our home was renovated by the previous owner and not done to standard or code. But we feel at ease now knowing the work done by Creative Home Remodeling was done efficiently. Each step of our reno was inspected and passed by the city. Every question or concern we had was answered quickly by Ben and I felt satisfied that he took great care to handle them. Overall the project took about 6 weeks even with the extra work that was needed. Each contractor that worked on each step of the reno was respectful of our home and efficient with their work. I was thoroughly impressed at the speed and care at which they worked each skill. From demo, plumbing, electrical, tiling, paint, etc., it was all done wonderfully. The end project is a completely different bathroom and we love it so much. It turned out beautiful and we are so happy with the results. We would definitely recommend Creative Home Remodeling and plan on using them again for future projects."

"Imperial Remodeling took on a top-to-bottom remodel of my small three-level townhome, including a roof-top deck. The home, which was previously occupied by a hoarder, was transformed! Gino Henn and his crew replaced everything, from the flooring in every room, to each of the 2.5 bathrooms and the leaky 2-stage roof. The roof is now an urban oasis, with turf and a deck cover. Imperial did a fantastic job. I love my totally new kitchen! Because the condo complex was old and not well maintained, there were unexpected and tricky problems with electrical and plumbing systems. But Imperial handled it all -- and stayed on schedule. The workmanship is excellent and detailed. The crew was careful and mindful of my neighbors and the cleanliness of building's common areas. Overall, I am very happy with the finished project."

"Revised review: Here is a review for you: Ouri and his team were outstanding partners in renovating my home. The scope of work included removing load-bearing walls, repairing extensive dry rot and termite damage, building a brand new kitchen, installing new flooring, relocating a laundry room, new electrical and paint. Ouri is honest, kind, and completely on top of all scheduling. He was very good about explaining everything and was patient with all the change orders I had. Pricing was very fair. His team was professional and they are very hard workers. They were able to see my vision for the design and make it happen. I highly recommend working with Ouri and I will definitely be calling him again for any further work in the future."

"We hired House R Us for a complete indoor and outdoor renovation, needless to say we were very satisfied with their service."

"We hired Construction Masters to renovate a few rooms in our house, and they did an awesome job. Mickey and Moshe were always friendly, easy to work with, and always kept us in the loop. They handled our kitchen remodel, updated both bathrooms, and finished the garage. The quality of the work is fantastic, and everything turned out even better than we imagined. They showed up on time, kept things tidy, and wrapped up right on schedule. Anytime we had questions or small changes, they took care of it right away. We?re thrilled with how the house looks now and would definitely call them again for future projects. Highly recommend them to anyone planning a renovation."

"I recommend MF Construction without hesitation for any and all of your home remodeling needs. Mike and his team did a beautiful job! They exceeded our expectations in performance, outcome, attention to detail, and timeline. From the start of the project to the finish, the team showed up every single day, even on some weekends. They stayed late when necessary to keep the project on track and worked tirelessly to ensure our satisfaction. Mike, Melvin, and the team are exceptionally clear communicators. I always knew what was going to happen next with the project. They checked on the team's progress and my satisfaction frequently. Mike was kind and patient with both of my elementary-aged children. Their bedrooms got a complete redesign and overhaul and he treated them just like customers, giving them input and ownership into the process. Thank you so much, MF construction! We could not be happier with our "new" home!"

"The idea for renovating my kitchen, which was provided by their manager, was really impressive and amazing. Also to note the perfection of the work that was delivered by the designers and the workers. My greatest appreciation to the team of Platinum Home Builders & Design for their extraordinary work."
