"Great communication throughout the entire process, informative friendly people from the office to the field. All safety precautions were taken during both the in home estimate and final installation of the water heater which was completed in under 4 hours. SeaTown are my new best friends!"

"Gray service. Replaced our water heater. Looks great, very professional."

"They were fast, prompt, courteous, very nice to work with. A slight ding regarding how loosely he attached the earthquake bands for my new water heater - I had a very young guy who didn't believe we have to worry about quakes, oop. So I just tightened them, took 10 seconds. Other little ding was I did more research after the fact and may have gotten cheaper labor elsewhere. But no complaints! They did a good job with my water heater."

"Milo was very friendly and accommodating. I hired him to do annual maintenance on my tankless water system as well as flush it out. He discovered that the pump run constantly and that shouldn’t be happening. The result is my house is always 80° if I keep it plugged in so I always keep it unplugged. He diagnosed that the pump needs to be replaced but wasn’t absolutely positive if that would solve my heating problem. He’s supposed to be getting me a bid on replacing the pump, but I haven’t heard back from him. I would probably hire him again."

"Our new water heater was installed quickly, and it seems to be working. However, we are still waiting for the rebate form we were promised by the consultant. Also, the water heater itself is less than satisfactory. The temperature varies wildly, so taking a shower is an adventure."

"Trevor and Matt were great to work with when we needed to have our hot water heater serviced."

"I called Washington Energy Services with questions about Navien tankless water heaters. Tristan called me back nearly immediately and thoroughly and patiently answered all the questions I had more specifically in relation to the Navien NPE 240A versus the Navien NPE 240S units. I truly appreciate his efforts and would not hesitate to refer the expertise of Washington Energy Services to any of my family, friends or colleagues. Thank you Tristan!"

"After much back and forth with some other companies, two techs from Danika showed up on time with a fair quote to replace our water heater, with no attempts to up sell, etc... Techs were friendly, work was done fast and all is working great. Relief to have it done finally and highly recommend."

"Justin did an amazing job clearing out an outdated bulky system and installed a new clean very organized set-up. I am very happy with my new heat pump and would recommend J&L to all my friends and family."

"The Installation went very well, and I am still enjoying the benefits of a Heat Pump that was installed. They did a very nice job, very knowledgeable, it didn't take them much time to install the heat pump, they were on time, they cleaned after themselves, & they provided me with good information about how to use the heat pump. I also recommended them to other friends."
