"After having remodeled our kitchen several years ago, we had KN remodel our master bathroom. Great guidance, from the construction stuff we don't understand to the aesthetic discussions we much appreciate. Done on time, and with great clarity around the billing. And the crew was great -- neat, thoughtful, on time, helpful. A big thumbs up."

Great job by So Cal Builders & Design Inc!"

"I was skeptical of remodeling our kitchen because you hear so many horror stories about contractors taking too long, charging more than they say, flaking out, etc. My husband and I were in disbelief at how OPPOSITE Pristine is from that. Pristine Construction is exceptional. I don't think I have ever encountered a better company.... and I have very high standards! Nathan and Mike are not only true to their word, totally professional, and incredibly knowledgable, but they are 2 great guys who are fun to hang out with! They make you feel like you are their only client. Pristine Construction really does care about you as a person and they take a great deal of pride in providing the best service and best quality work. Also, the designer they had design our new kitchen was incredible. The layout of our finished kitchen is gorgeous. We are extremely happy with everything Pristine and their sub-contractors did. Our kitchen remodel was worth every penny. Their price was reasonable and similar to other construction companies around. Nathan and Mike and their crew helped us better our lives and we are eternally grateful. You will not find anyone better in Los Angeles!"

"Fantastic. Not only is the end result superb but the process was as smooth and efficient as it could possibly have been. Gino consults you on everything, even after you’ve made the initial choice of cabinets, tile, countertop, scope of work, etc. He talks to you every day to update you. He has people working continuously, all organized so that no time is wasted. Once he started there was not a (week)day when his people weren’t working on my job, usually all day long. He has the work and teams organized and timed so that each one comes to your project as few days as possible, which reduces the cost. Gino is a stickler for detail, and getting everything exactly right, aesthetically and functionally, and the people he hires are very highly skilled with the same attitude. They’re also very clean. They sealed off the kitchen during the demolition so that the dust wouldn’t get to the rest of my open-plan condo. In construction they minimized particulate matter by doing all of the heavy cutting off-site. And they vacuumed the space every day before leaving! I’ve had contractors in several different cities and states and none came even close to this level of work, but it’s how remodeling should be! The price of my project was reasonable given the very high quality of the work, and the scope of work. Gino is very straight with you. The only costs that exceeded the estimate were due to my decisions to upgrade materials, or add a job to the project, and discovery of conditions in the existing structure that had to be upgraded (e.g., electrical). I’ve never been able to recommended a contractor before -- all the ones I’ve had have been so bad -- but I recommend Imperial Remodeling with two thumbs up."

"Recently got our kitchen remodeled by IND, couldn't have had a better experience! Avi and his team were fantastic, and the kitchen turned out beautifully! Renovations in the COVID age are never easy, but they made things simple and safe. Also, they really helped us through the creative process, since our vision was a little more modern than a standard kitchen, and our kitchen isn't huge at all. I couldn't recommend them more, and plan on having them remodel my bathroom in 2023."

"I had Construction Masters remodel my kitchen in Santa Monica a few years back, and I'm still very happy with the outcome. Their teams were professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about making my vision come to life. The custom cabinets they installed are simply amazing. They fit perfectly and the craftsmanship is top-notch. They made it easy to find the perfect style and color to match my homeâ s aesthetic. Communication throughout the project was fantastic. Mickey and Moshe always kept me updated on the progress. Any minor issues that popped up were quickly and efficiently handled, which really impressed me. Itâ s a joy to cook and entertain in. Iâ ve received so many compliments from friends and family, and it truly feels like the heart of my home now. If youâ re thinking about remodeling your kitchen, I highly recommend Construction Masters. Their expertise and craftsmanship are outstanding. Thanks to them, I now have my dream kitchen!"

"I was a little nervous and excited when starting the process for my kitchen remodeling project. Luckily after several inquires to many companies, I found the right fit. Amir was very attentive and provided great communication through the process. He would visit my home and make sure everything was running accordingly. My kitchen now looks great and very detailed. I can’t wait to host my next gathering with friends and show off my new kitchen."

"I feel so insanely lucky to have come across such a talented and caring remodeling and construction group - they were referred to me and I would happily refer them to anyone else. I donâ t know if I can fully convey how smoothly my whole house remodel project went but I will sure try! The Experience: I immediately noticed that Welcome Renovation prioritizes your experience. For example - excellent project management and communication. I am incredibly busy with work and they made the whole process SO easy working around my schedule and sending pictures when I wasnâ t able to drop by in person. I felt 100% confident with the design choices they made and was happy with all of the options (these were all carefully down-selected so there werenâ t an overwhelming number of choices). I can count at least 4 - probably more if I really thought about it - ways they actually spent more money on their end to make things look better or improve functionality, without increasing the price to me. They went and fixed a number of items that had been screwed up by a previous construction group at extremely fair price additions in a seamless addition to the contract. Every single worker was friendly and courteous, and I felt safe and trusted them in my home both when I was there and when they were alone. They reached out after project completion and asked for constructive feedback - while I did not have any complaints, I had a few minor suggestions all of which they addressed and took actions on both for me and for improving for future projects. I canâ t think of anyone else in the industry who goes above and beyond like that. Aesthetics: All of the designs are absolutely gorgeous. From the textures and colors, to the fixtures, and the impeccable tile work; you can bet your place is going to look *spectacular* when they are finished. The pictures on their website donâ t do them justice - there is a â wowâ factor that cannot be conveyed in 2D. Example: long shower inlet for soaps and shampoos - spans almost the whole length of the shower and has beautiful, large and perfectly symmetric tiles in the inset. Kitchen backsplash tile work is pristine - you couldnâ t find an error if you had a magnifying glass. Functionality: Everything was designed around making my day-to-day life easier - a few examples (not an exhaustive list by any measure): Putting the shower handle to the other side of the shower entrance so I could turn it on and not get wet waiting for the water to warm up Changing to a pocket door with custom pop-out handle (much more difficult and costly) to open up the entrance to my tiny bathroom Maximizing cabinet space in my small kitchen to utilize all the corner spaces, putting in a spice drawer right next to the stove. Pricing: The pricing was slightly higher than other groups I got bids from, but seeing the end result I am (1) enjoying the sh!t out of the space on a daily basis and (2) confident there will be a return on investment later down the road if/when I sell the home. I am very, very happy with the end product and feel like my money was well spent - no regrets."

Albert is a treasure, a woodworking god with decades of experience in two countries. I had several wishes for my kitchen to improve its looks, with all the wishes being rather unrelated to each other. Albert was able to handle all my wishes.

He was a fantastic problem-solver when it came to the upper peninsular cabinets (cabinets that hang down from the ceiling to float over the peninsula that has a stove in the center). I had several ideas about what to do about it. Albert evaluated each idea, giving me his input and then offering his own ideas, but always careful to let me make the final call.

One of the wonderful things Albert did was that he was able to perfectly match the stain on the new moulding he installed with the stain on the 40-year old kitchen cabinets.

During the process, I made several phone calls to Albert and he always returned the phone calls promptly.

Thank you, Albert, for a wonderful experience.
