"A first time apartment owner and landlord, I needed major plumbing services within the first 6 months of ownership. The first time was a series of gas leaks which were quickly repaired by Western Rooter. The second time was the significant work of adding 2 gas meters and the requisite task of re-routing/adding gas piping. I simply cannot recommend Daniel Westereng and Western Rooter enough. Although the owner John came out to assist in the final bid, Daniel and I worked consistently with SoCal Gas to coordinate the improvements. Daniel was quick to return texts, calls, e-mails and worked diligently with all the parties to get the job done. If you need a plumber, save time and call Western Rooter. Tell them to send Daniel Westereng and he will do a fantastic job!"

"I am one that usually does not write reviews,here I go. The technician they sent Paul Muro was on time both days he was here. Paul went over each job I had walked him through and he explained what parts he would be using and how he was going to do the work. I needed 2 showers repaired, 1 with a new fixture and one rebuild work. I had a faucet in the garage that needed replacing. I also had a inch and a quarter copper pipe leak on my pool, underground. One final job was to repair the outside hose bib. Paul did most if not all of the work done. He would have a helper, but this person would be called to another job, this happen twice during the two days of work. Ok I'm done writing my review, I know that it is long, but I could go on and I still couldn't say enough on how good Paul was on my home. Thank you, the only thing that got below A 5 rating was how much money it was costing. Have a good day."

The technician was up front with pricing and told me only what needed to be repaired on my water heater. "My water main went out on Christmas Eve leaving me without water, Wes offered to come out on Christmas day to make the repairs. I told him we could wait until the next day, he arrived on time, dug up my very rocky soil to get to the water main and made the repairs. The customer service was great and he explained everything to me every step of the way. The cost was also reasonable. I have asked that he return to make an additional repair later this week. He definitely has a repeat customer."
