"Ricky went above and beyond to ensure my repair was done in a timely and excellent manner. He ordered parts, talked me through options, and demonstrated he had my best interest in mind. He was open about the options and creative about what could be done and how. After various trips for parts and hours spent on the project we came up against an impossible situation. The washing machine bolt was stripped and cutting it would mean leaving a part of it in the washer transmission, which would ruin the washing machine. So, Ricky communicated that he wouldn't be able to fix it and that he was sorry about the time invested in the project. While cleaning up the workspace I felt a ping on my phone and I discovered Ricky had refunded me the fees I'd paid him to evaluate the appliance, EVEN AFTER HOURS OF WORK, miles of travel for parts, and even INSTALLING SOME NEW PARTS. "I have a fairly new Samsung dryer (2 years old) and it just stopped working.  I called E Appliance and they scheduled a time that was good for me, came when promised, quickly diagnosed the problem, had the replacement part on their truck, and  fixed it immediately, and cleaned up after they left.  The also explained the issue and how I can make sure it doesn't happen again.
