"We were pleasantly surprised when the quote request we submitted late Friday was answered on Sunday. We scheduled an appointment for Monday late morning. The guys were prompt and polite and we were able to come to terms with a written estimate in hand by the following day. "When we first contacted them, Mariano came to give us a quote the very next day. The quote beat his competitors by a long shot, and he was a very nice guy who had received great reviews on Angie's List before. The initial yard clean-up & barkdust went forward as scheduled. We were delighted with his crew's work and speed with which they got it all done. However, once we scheduled them for twice monthly upkeep thereafter, there were THREE occasions where they did not show up on the day or time scheduled to do the maintenance. Each time we had to call and Mariano had someone there to do the work the next day, yet it was a major inconvenience not having them show when they would say they would. Our family's schedule is too busy for this kind of unreliability. Therefore we will not be using their services again this summer and will be hiring another company, even if that means paying a bit more."

The consultation (my husband was there to meet with the estimator) went well and the estimate reflected what was discussed. It ended up being more expensive than our budget will allow at this time so we haven't yet scheduled the work but it is really helpful to know what to plan for/expect and can adjust from there if necessary.

One minor point: Based on the graphic that is shown on the deal itself (which includes a blueprint) I had expected to receive some sort of visual representation of the remodeled bathroom with the estimate. It isn't really clear in the language that it was supposed to be provided so we didn't consider it to be a negative, but wanted to include it here in case others had the same expectation.
