"Design Doctors is a great group to work with. Justin responds to emails and texts in a timely manner. Justin designed and created a unique gate to block a steep stairway. He was extremely collaborative and we made multiple adjustments to the plan as it was developed. When my husband was unexpectedly hospitalized, he installed grab bars by the toilet in the master bath (and installed a bidet, which required a new electrical outlet) and built a ramp in a tight window of time, enabling me to bring my husband home as soon as he was discharged. Both projects were of excellent quality. I have a fused bamboo deck, and Justin researched the correct material for cleaning and re-staining it. His team member did an excellent job. I wanted to change my range from gas, and he coordinated everything to remove the old range, cap the gas line, add a new electrical circuit, and install my new range. I had a malfunctioning sump pump, and Justin was able to send me a plumber to replace it quickly. Justin Ross and his company are simply outstanding!"
