He was extremely collaborative and we made multiple adjustments to the plan as it was developed. When my husband was unexpectedly hospitalized, he installed grab bars by the toilet in the master bath (and installed a bidet, which required a new electrical outlet) and built a ramp in a tight window of time, enabling me to bring my husband home as soon as he was discharged. Bob (one of owners), and Tyler did such a great job and were extremely easy to work with. They cleaned up the job site at the end of each day. When done, I had a minor problem with water leaking from the pivot shower door. The day I called, Bob was at my house within the hour and came again the next day when the issue wasn't initially resolved I'm happy to say he fixed the leak and I'm very happy with my new shower. In addition to the kitchen renovation, they also installed custom, built in shelves and floor to ceiling stacked stone around our fireplace.
