Very pleased.

 Well organized office. Response is excellent. During  normal hours there is always someone to call / ask questions / get updates on schedule. Due to changing weather, date of work was changing - I always was getting timely updates. The best day was selected in accordance to weather forecast: making sure there is no rain on the installation day, but also at least couple of days after.

I got professional answers to all the questions I had. What is important, I felt I could trust these answers. No upselling for more costly products / services. Honest description ( cons and pros) for all options. There were situation, when the office encourage me not to choose more expensive options as it is not worse the money.

Work was done quickly.  All cleanup was done perfectly. Can not judge on true quality, as I am not a professional roofer, and only  over month passed since installation, but visually roof looks accurately installed, and I have no  obvious issues so far.

"My concrete tile roof is 28 years old and only has had minimal need for maintenance. I had 4 roofing companies inspect my roof. I chose Rivera Roofing as Mr. Rivera was the only roofer who correctly diagnosed what preventative maintenance was needed. One roofing company said I needed about $8,000 in antiponding flashing installed, not to mention other remediation. Mr. Rivera instead inistalled lead flashing in vulnerable areas, cut a 2-inch opening in 4 or so valleys for better drainage; not a single other roofer thought of this solution--which I totally agreed with as in each valley the hip tiles were mostly 1/4 inch appart, and one cold rainy winter day I had to power wash one valley as a sediment dam had formed causing water to spread beyone the metal valley flashing and run into my house. Mr. Rivera's team wire brushed by hand the tile roof of my 2400 sq. ft. home--which is less "wearing" on a concrete tile roof than the power washing proposed by the other 3 companies. Mr. Rivera sealed my existing gutter and skylight seams--one of the companies wanted to replace my entire gutter system with a cheaper looking gutter, even though I only had 1 downspout seam that was leaky. At all tile-house siding interfacings Mr. Rivera placed lead flashing. He ce cleaned my gutters and left my walkways cleaner than he found them. What impressed me was he said if I hired another company that I should make sure they did "x, y, and z " actions. Although we were strangers he wanted me to have a roofing job done right. He and his crew were hard workers, honest. Mr. Rivera did more work for less money than any other contractor. I believe my roof won't need any attention for the next 10-20 years other than moss debriedment and gutter cleaning. I am certain that Mr. Rivera will bring to a composition roof the same skill and competence as he brought to my more complex tile roofing project."

He removed the old roof and installed new pieces of plywood were needed and install the top quality roof for us. It looks great and even the neighbors have noticed! "Follow up on Cobex construction company. Looking back over the past two years, my wife and I were looking back at the remodeling of our kitchen, installation of french doors in a our family room with access to a center courtyard with new flowing steps. Installation of beautiful Brazilian Quartz counter tops with no seams, glass back splash, new electrical switches, new designer cook top hood, dishwasher and microwave. Repair to weather damaged doors and full replacement of gutters and an amazing "Cool Coat" exterior paint finish. We recently replaced the double ovens and the commercial refrigerator. It is a joy to come home every day and see the how beautiful, and open Cobex staff has made our home. All of our friends love all of the work and the difference it made. "I had J&P replace the roof on my home, and it was a professional and positive experience from start to finish. The process began with an estimate provided directly by the owner. Shortly after, a crew arrived who were polite, knowledgeable, and professional. They cleaned up their work at the end of each day and completed the roof a day earlier than planned. They even walked around the house to make sure no debris had fallen during the job. The project was followed up by one of the owners, who came out to inspect the work and give final approval. "Specified with Home Advisor that I wanted "repair work" for siding. DaBella contractors were pleasant and politely avoided the hard sell when they understood my position and the scope of the work required. They advised that they don't do repair work, only replace full sides or replace siding and trim of entire house. I had this same problem with "Angi's List" and my roof repair project, Angi sent me out full blown contractors who wanted to replace the entire roof. Now Angi and Home Advisor are one the the same. I consider this as an annoying strategy on the part of Home Advisor/Angi etc... to put large contractors on at the top of the quoting list when a customer (me) is looking for repair work, only to be confronted with well seasoned sales people bound and determine to turn my small project into a multi-thousand dollar unnecessary install. Good thing I spent 16 years managing a customer service and sales team otherwise I would be broke. I give DaBella a 4 for knowing when to stop talking and Home Advisor a 1.8 for applying marketing strategy over the needs of their paying subscription customers (Me)."

"C & C Roofing guaranteed us no leaks and even promised to come back out if the leak continued anytime within the next few months after their repairs. We are pretty much through the rough weather season and that was not necessary as everything seems to have been taken care of properly on the first visit."
