"Randall was very communicative. He accommodated some special requirements that we had. His estimate was accurate and fair, he got the parts showed up when he said he would got the job done very quickly. It’s very nice looking work. We discovered finish up one part was incorrect. I told him about it. He went back to his vendor found out. They delivered him the wrong part. He got a replacement, came out and replaced the part in our shower. Very professional very easy to work with he’s highly recommended. "
