"I had four different contractors come to my house to give me a fee for a kitchen remodel at my home in Calabasas California. I had a budget in mind that was pretty specific, all three contractors told me there was no way possible that they could remodel my kitchen at that price. They were coming up with every excuse in the book. They said there was no way possible! Then I had IND construction come out, they were so friendly and knowledgeable and made me feel like I wasn’t acting crazy because of the budget that I set. They said absolutely they could do my kitchen remodel in that price! I was overjoyed but what was even better is they went over and above and made the remodel so easy for me and my family. I would absolutely recommend this company for all of my friends and family. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. And in the end, the kitchen was more than I ever hoped it could be. "Fantastic. Not only is the end result superb but the process was as smooth and efficient as it could possibly have been. Gino consults you on everything, even after you’ve made the initial choice of cabinets, tile, countertop, scope of work, etc. He talks to you every day to update you. He has people working continuously, all organized so that no time is wasted. Once he started there was not a (week)day when his people weren’t working on my job, usually all day long. He has the work and teams organized and timed so that each one comes to your project as few days as possible, which reduces the cost. Gino is a stickler for detail, and getting everything exactly right, aesthetically and functionally, and the people he hires are very highly skilled with the same attitude. They’re also very clean. They sealed off the kitchen during the demolition so that the dust wouldn’t get to the rest of my open-plan condo. In construction they minimized particulate matter by doing all of the heavy cutting off-site. And they vacuumed the space every day before leaving! I’ve had contractors in several different cities and states and none came even close to this level of work, but it’s how remodeling should be! The price of my project was reasonable given the very high quality of the work, and the scope of work. Gino is very straight with you. The only costs that exceeded the estimate were due to my decisions to upgrade materials, or add a job to the project, and discovery of conditions in the existing structure that had to be upgraded (e.g., electrical). I’ve never been able to recommended a contractor before -- all the ones I’ve had have been so bad -- but I recommend Imperial Remodeling with two thumbs up."

"Our kitchen was in desperate need for an update, but we were putting it off for years. A slow leak under the sink made it a priority as everything needed to be replaced. We interviewed three companies. It came down to two. I wanted to go with the other company, and my husband wanted to go with Construction Masters. What cinched it for me was Mickey and Moshe. They asked me questions I hadn't thought about it. They suggested ways of getting more space. Mickey said he would go shopping with me to choose what was needed. They answered all my questions and never once made me feel like I was bothering them. He also said that he could make our short deadline. Sold. Mickey and Moshe were on it. Work was started shortly thereafter, with Mickey or Moshe coming by or calling most mornings, full of energy and happiness. Even my puppy fell in love with them, who continued to answer any and all questions. Workers showed up on time, were very friendly and respectful and were real craftsmen. They listened to my questions and when I needed to make decisions were very patient with me. Through the whole process I was advised what was going to happen and when - and it did! There were no major surprises and no major costs that were unexpected. We got what we asked for, how we asked for it, when we asked for it and at a price we agreed to. Mickey and Moshe also found simple few things that would make our lives better, asked if we wanted them, and then didn't charge us for the cost of doing them (such as asking if we wanted an outlet outside so that we could close a window we had run an extension cord through, putting door stoppers on to preserve our cabinets, etc.). He saw stuff in a way I just would never see it - and I am so glad he did. I am SO happy that we found Construction Masters. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone and will use him again and again for all the other "someday" projects around the house that we have."

"Albert did our cabinets for our kitchen remodel. Albert was friendly and helpful and always available anytime I called with a question or concern. Truly custom cabinets. Every cabinet Albert would build he would ask exactly how many drawers or what size you wanted. What inserts you wanted etc. his refinisher also did a great job on the existing cabinets we kept. We can’t tell the difference between the new and old. His attention to detail and standards were very high. Would use him again."
