Scheduling for the installation was also very responsive. The installation team was professional, precise, and meticulous with measurements, dressing the windows inside and out. They paid very close attention to every detail and made sure I was completely satisfied with the entire installation and every detail. The installation team worked very well together throughout and did a fantastic job of cleaning up after the install. They also carried away the old windows. I couldn’t be happier!"

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"We were left in quite the pickle when our contractor left his work half done and couldn't be contacted. Our home was terribly effected by the tornado in December, and we've been in the trenches ever since. "You can get out of the trenches now and we'll get in there for you" is a direct quote from them. They have not disappointed. Since Steve, Jerold, and Elizabeth have came into our lives, we've been able to breath much easier. From bringing us a gift basket of movies, DVD player, candy, and popcorn... to answering every silly question we have. No messages or calls go unanswered. "We hired Tony Rosekrans to remove our old 12 x 12 deck and to replace it with a 20 x 20 deck. The new deck is absolutely wonderful, one of a kind outdoor living space. The rainy weather was a factor in regards to the time it took from start to finish, but we are more than pleased with the outcome. So . . . we also hired him to construct a fence for us, which, if weather permitting, should be started shortly. We will keep Tony Rosekrans contact information as we have other projects we would like to have done in the future. "Shane did a superior job of staining the wood fencing that runs around our house and farm. It was a lot of work in difficult conditions since he was doing the staining in January. He worked around the weather (remember the week of snow in West Tennessee) and came back to finish as promised whenever we got a days warm enough to apply stain. "Home Repair Co were fine. I only met with the gentleman to get the estimate. He was very prompt. He was able to see me within a day or so of calling. They were a bit overpriced but the gentleman was very friendly and I'm sure they do good work, they were just a little overpriced for what I wanted done. I was able to get the work done for about half of what they estimated. He was a very nice gentleman."

I had tile flooring installed last year in my kitchen and noticed how the grout was cracking throughout the kitchen. I called South Gate Home Improvements for an estimate to replace the tile. With a very reasonable estimate I had them to install the new tile.

Prior to him installing my new tile he showed me how the previous contractor did not screw down the backer board but used roofing nails instead which was the reason for my grout cracking. He spent the time correcting the deficiency and installed the new tile. The design I chose called for some precise cuts with the tile. Mr. Perabeau took his time and now I have beautiful solid tile flooring. I highly recommend him for all your remodeling needs."
