The team including Vinnie (Project manager), Shawn and Vic were excellent and very professional. They answered any questions we had, and quickly rectified any concerns. The team was very flexible with additions we thought of after the project started. After the project was completed, we found them responsive to one minor adjustment to a kitchen cabinet door. During the project we were kept well informed of what to expect including any delays. We felt comfortable having them in our home. They arrived promptly and cleaned up before leaving for the day. Best things I appreciated about the experience was 1) The proposal was incredibly detailed and procedural, which is something our other candidates did not provide, 2) Jim, John and Jose showed up every weekday, consistently and timely, and took the necessary and thoughtful steps to protect the rest of the house, 3) The work was performed carefully with good attention to detail, 4) While there were unexpected circumstances during the remodel that resulted in slightly more work and money than originally proposed, all of it was fairly priced and necessary for what we wanted, 5) Jim was receptive in discussing different options and really made an effort to figure out solutions that would be best for function and aesthetics.
