They were very thorough and progressed through multiple steps of rodding and jetting before finally having to dig in the yard to add a cleanout to resolve my sewer issue. The entire team was contentious and intent at every step. Unfortunately, my 60+-year-old pipes needed a bit more than could be managed from inside the house. "I called Jon after an unsuccessful call back from other plumbing company. He was scheduled to come out on saturday and while he did show up, he did show up late.  i assume he's a busy guy.  i had cleared the cabinets, removed drywall to expose the pipes to make it easier to work and sure enough, he was in and out in 20 minutes.  He replaced two sections of busted pipe and then reconnected them.  i thought the price was fair.  
he does provide some additional info on how to keep this from happening which i appreciated.

"Matt came over and started on the job. While stripping the old paint off of the tub (it had been refinished before) he discovered the drain was corroded and needed to be replaced prior to refinishing. Matt stopped his work and I had to summon a plumber to replace the drain. It was a major pain and it took some time as the drain had been in there for over 20 years. Matt came back one week later and finished the job. I was not charged extra for the second trip and the bathtub came out beautiful. Matt kept us informed during the entire job and explained the process. We were very happy with the results and highly recommend Great Lakes Refinishing.

"I reached out to F3 Plumbing today and they were out to replace my 50 gal Natural Gas Hot water heater within 2 hours. I originally requested a 40 gal but noticed it was a 50 gal and they didn't hesitate to go back to the shop and grab a 50 gal. They had to replace the piping for the water to the heater as it was not the same size and had no qualms or issues doing so. They completed the entire job in under an hour and a half and left the area as clean as it was when they arrived. They were very knowledgeable, professional and friendly.
