"Do not book this company to open your pool. $500 later and our pool was still not swim ready. The opening package is misleading because the owner told me that it would still need multiple visits in order for the water to be blue and clear. And of course those extra visits cost in addition to the cost of chemicals. Nothing is included and it is giving SCAM. He also dismissed our concerns and made very smart-elic comments, making a mockery of the fact that we gave him a lot of money and still were not able to swim in our pool. Poor customer service and a waste of money!"

"I was very hopeful for this service. Red flag #1- On the evening of the third 3rd visit- I noticed the pool water was pumping slowly. I opened the pool filter- it was full. There was no bad weather that day to cause that. I was pretty disappointed especially since cleaning the filter is always step 1 in the pool cleaning process. Later, I noticed some algae lines in the pool. On the evening of a pool cleaning I came home from work to find the algae marks were still there. Thos told me that the pool wasn't being brushed- again, another basic yet critical step in a cleaning a pool. Then the last straw was when after a pool cleaning- my pool still had a green tint in the water and more algae (see attached). So I tested it. I was shocked to see that the pool had hardly any chemicals in it at all. I checked my invoices and I was charged for chemicals. But the invoices proved my suspension- during all of cleanings the only chemicals the pool was getting was 1 or 2 bags of shock. "
