More details: I contacted several roofers, and joined them on the roof of my house looking at various details that needed addressing. I have a mixed roof, with some shingled areas and other flat areas. It presents a number of concerns, not just limited to the complexities of how to keep things watertight, but also including details such as where water is legally allowed to drain. Mike was the star of the lot that I spoke to. While all the experts I contacted had some insight as to why my roof had issues, Mike was far more insightful and comprehensive about what needed to be done to effect a permanent solution. He ably supervised the team and communicated progress daily in person or by email/text or both. He answered our questions and made sure the crew cleaned up, including ensuring they honored the city’s restriction on gas-powered blowers. All in all a job well done for a reasonable price. He gave us detailed descriptions of what needed to be done but also did not force us to get things unless we really need to. His boss Jose helped with making this project within our budget. Benjamin the main man that did all the roof did a great job! They were clean and made sure to keep the peace within our surrounding neighbor. We have a really difficult next door neighbor, but with these guys help and professionalism, they went far and beyond their help. It was a successful and fast project!
