"They did a really good job. The first installer did not install the door properly and the latch did not line up so it wouldn't lock. We contacted them and another installer came out and did a super job. He basically had to redo it. He did and it came out great. They do a good job and if something isn't quite right to begin with they are responsible. They get it done correctly and professionally. I would say they are a reliable company."

"I must say I am so glad that it worked out, because he did a great job.  I had a front and back door that were not sitting right in the frames, the doors were damaged and I felt they needed to be replaced.  Well, doors are expensive, these would have been even more so since they are not a standard size.  I shopped around and the price for two exterior doors in the dimensions I needed were going to cost me nearly $4000.00.  Carlos had a better idea.  He suggested that he work on the door, replacing parts, even portions of wood, hinges and hardware. He felt they would be as good as new. I was skeptical, but I figured if it didn't work I'd be ordering doors anyway..so I gave it a try.  Am I glad I did.  The doors look great,  & they FUNCTION perfectly! He then, went to Home Depot and purchased the right track and related parts for me and replaced the broken track and drapes for me the next day! He was prompt and punctual.
