"Magdalino was professional and attentive to the details and goal of the project. He stayed within budget and remained responsive during all phases . His team was effective, efficient, and maintained good housekeeping (cleaning up regularly) as the project was successfully completed. To their credit they were able to address a few minor concerns and resolved them quickly. Finally, even after being paid when we requested follow-up information about the paint specifications to support occasional touch ups they readily provided that information as well.
