"Jay at Greenland was one of few pool contractors who could design and build pool/spa but also have vision to incorporate entire site plan, extra components like bar/BBQ/outdoor spaces, and all landscaping. Most day to day work done by his own employees so not a lot of subcontractors to deal with. All workers are courteous, clean, and respectful and put in full dayà ¢à  à  s work. Overall Jayà ¢à  à  s eye for design and quality set him apart. He arrived on time, and even though he bid me a certain number, the second deck took less time than expected and I ended up paying less than I was quoted. Brett did an outstanding job and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the outcome given the decks are exposed to heavy weather conditions like rain and snow.
