I will say, though, that the company failed to call me when he was on his way... not a big deal. All in all a good experience."

"I had a brand new water heater installed 5 months ago. It began leaking on Saturday night just as I had a house full of guests staying for the weekend. Disaster! The good old boy plumber that installed it has refused to return phone calls and text messages. Gone. Didnâ t care. . "First, I called Vista Plumbing for an estimate. Ray, the plumber, listened to our concerns and explained what he could do to help with the rattling problem with the pipes and the hot/cold situation in the shower.  He gave me a number for the part needed (under warranty) and asked me to call when the part was received.  Next, when the part was delivered, a time was arranged and Vista Plumbing was here within the week.  In one day the water pipes were clamped and the shower faucet was replaced.  Now, everything concerning the water pipes are good.

I was happy with the service, the knowledge, the expertise, the punctuality, and the kindness.  In the beginning, he spent a lot of time listening to our concerns and answering our questions.  In the end, I received a clean, professional job.  I would recommend Vista Plumbing to my friends and family.

I also would like to mention the woman who answers the telephone and makes the appointments.  She was wonderful and helpful, very upbeat.  It was a pleasant experience talking with her."
