"<p>I was able to get an appointment soon after initial contact. They came out and did an onsite estimate.  Very professional and knowledgeable through-out.  They costed out several options for us, we went with flush mount in-ceiling speakers throughout the interior of the house, about 10 in total.  Installation required accessing the attic and cutting holes in the ceiling - which they did very cleanly and carefully to not over cut the size.  They also replaced 2 bracket mounted speakers outdoors on the patio.  They really cleaned up after themselves, no trace of dust or sheetrock anywhere.</p> <p>The entire system is controlled by a single receiver with multiple zones and the option to adjust the volume by area.  The receiver is controlled by a DENON app on Ipad or tablet.  The app is a bit clunky, and we had some software issues with it post-installation - but fixed that with a new version upload.  The system itself is fantastic, excellent sound quality.  Love the flexibility to connect it to Pandora, Sirius XM (football!) and broadcast it, so you're not locked down to one part of the house.  Custom Installers did a great job, would definitely use them again.  True professionals.</p>"
