"Guillermo and his crew did an excellent job on the project. They removed the old wood fence and installed the new vinyl fence within a two-day period. This also included putting together two new vinyl gates. The new vinyl fence and gates look fantastic. Guillermo and his team showed up on time each day and worked into the early evening to get each fence line completed. Guillermo works with you to find a reasonable price to replace your fence. Guillermo is easy to work with on the project. He explains what he is doing and why he is doing something a certain way. The project he worked on involved 4 households and we all agreed that Guillermo was the best contrator for the job. I highly recommend Guillermo. He is professional, great with communication, accurate with details, documents everything, and insures his work and the work is done with pride. "Nice people, they claim to give a lifetime warranty including resealing seems or any problem at all. They showed up as scheduled, took a bit longer than expected. I was very happy with the way it looked when they were finished. Im still happy with the way it looks. After they left I noticed they had drilled a hole in my concrete walkway and pounded in rebar to mount a gate post but they didn’t plan it right and I believe they called the owner out who decided to put the post in a more suitable place. Unfortunately the cracked concrete with a flush cut piece off rusty rebar remains as an eyesore. After a month or two the gate post on the opposite side began pulling out of the stucco on the side of my garage. I took it apart to find they used cheep plastic anchors so i just went and replaced them with metal concrete anchors myself so its never coming out again. I figured despite the warranty id just get it done. Fast forward to present June 2019 and i noticed that 2 of the base plates of the fence are not fastened to the concrete on one end allowing them to swivel out of place when the neighbors gardener does yard work it pushes them out of place. I contacted Sonrise and was given a date two weeks away that they would show up but they could not give a time. Sounds stupid but fortunately I’m retired and can sit home all day waiting for them to show up because hey what else do i need to do right? never showed up. I emailed again and the Forman called and apologized said he’d be out the following Friday. Never called never showed up. I emailed again and its been a week and a half with no response. so much for that lifetime warranty. I am really happy with the way the fence looks but cutting corners on simple stuff has me a bit confused because when you say lifetime warranty to fix ANYTHING wrong. Well you’d expect no short cuts because then you’d have to come fix the problems ... Unless... you have no plans to fix anything at all. I don’t care to write a review like this but when you jerk a customer around then just ignore them what else is left to do?"

"Replaced existing wooden privacy fences.  One section was approx. 9 feet on one side of my home and the other section measured approx. 43 feet that separates my property from my neighbors.  Received 5 estimates and HD Fence's quote came in about mid-range of all of them.  Went with HD Fence, because Joan and Allen are great people to work with.  Joan was very prompt and courteous when she returned my call.  She was able to pull my old estimate even though 8 months had passed. 
Allen is very knowledgeable and he even comes out and does a portion of the work, which is a plus to know that the owner not only oversees the work, but he's not afraid to get his hands dirty. 
One other note - Joan and Allen both were able to ease my neighbors concerns and answer all his questions with the section of fence that separates our properties. Because I live in an HOA community, the fence had to meet certain requirements.
Only bummer was that they do not offer painting services for the fence.  Not a big deal because most of the other companies I spoke with DO NOT offer painting services as well.

"The fence between my property and the neighbor's was knocked over by a huge tree branch (their tree!) during a storm, Mr Mike Nation was recommended by our Pastor. That same day, he came over to assess the damage and gave me three quotes. I went with the cheapest, On his suggestion, we use galvanized posts instead of 2 by 4s (last longer) and that the flat finished (pretty side) of the fence go on our side. Why? Because the neighbors are cheap POS who wouldn't share any of the cost. Why? "Because it wasn't their fault but an act of God" Anywho, Mike Nation got the job done on schedule and did not squeeze us for more money. He's a straight up hard worker, that shows up on time and cleans up before stopping for the day....so I reckon he's an excellent role model....for my husband and sons! Lol!"
